Houston, Tx.- Mrigesh Parashar an Earth Modeling Geoscientist from Schlumberger, Houston presented a talk on Seismic Uncertainty Analysis.  Mrigesh showed ways to analyze uncertainty associated with volumetric appraisal, structural framework and depth positioning from seismic imaging.  This innovative method is based on calibration of the initial anisotropy model with available well data.  The analysis method helps to manage uncertainty associated with drilling and mitigate reservoir surprises.
